人如何与空间建立起一种情感联系?在崇州御澜台上叠私宅设计中,那美间以“低调的精致生活”为题,深入浅出,创造一种想象空间,回应业主对于空间环境细节和品质的极高要求,开启另一种理想人生。

How can people establish an emotional connection with space? In the design of the stacked private house on Chongzhou Yulan terrace, namijian takes "low-key and exquisite life" as the theme, which is simple and easy to understand, creates an imaginary space, responds to the owners' high requirements for the details and quality of the space environment, and opens another ideal life.

看似自然无为的输出背后,是细致入微的考量。空间以横向贯通式的设计排布起居动线,透过经久细腻的材质和纹理诠释自然与巧工的和谐并存,赋予日常器物引人注目的诗意美学和富有自然气息的静谧感。

Behind the seemingly natural inaction output is meticulous consideration. The space arranges the living lines in a horizontal through design, interprets the harmonious coexistence of nature and craftsmanship through durable and delicate materials and textures, and endows daily utensils with eye-catching poetic aesthetics and a sense of tranquility full of natural flavor.

在保证合理的空间尺度的基础上,设计师将衣帽间与卫生间相结合,去满足业主的实用性,也提升了空间的品质感。

On the basis of ensuring a reasonable spatial scale, the designer combines the cloakroom with the bathroom to meet the practicality of the owner and improve the sense of quality of the space.

Quality 

新的奢居为空间增添灵魂

给予人家的归属与期待

玄关为归家提供了精神缓冲,精致的吊灯与家具的每一处动线皆是首尾呼应。实木、大理石、金属、皮革,不同材质间的碰撞相互糅合,客餐厅的空间质感由此而丰富。

The porch provides a spiritual buffer for returning home. Every moving line of the exquisite chandelier and furniture is echoed from beginning to end. The collision between solid wood, marble, metal, leather and different materials is mixed, which enriches the spatial texture of the guest restaurant.

客厅中皮质沙发与大理石电视墙面互相碰撞,中和了石材的清冷。艺术品如点睛之笔,匀和了色彩的冲突。

The leather sofa and the marble TV wall in the living room collide with each other, neutralizing the coolness of the stone. Works of art, like the finishing touch, harmonize the conflict of colors.

△新生蜕变

拼接了两种石材的岛台,既是功能性的处理,又为材质完成了更进一步的铺垫。客餐厅空间的通透与包容性也正符合当下的餐厅社交属性。圆形早餐桌的加入,令原本繁杂的功能性空间干练而精致。

The island platform spliced with two kinds of stones is not only a functional treatment, but also paves the way for further materials. The transparency and inclusiveness of the restaurant space are also in line with the current social attributes of the restaurant.The round breakfast table makes the original complex functional space concise and exquisite.

△轻奢品质

奢华不是浮于表面,而是更为本质的触摸得到的东西。主卧背景板亦以流动的线条呼应落地窗的线条,暗藏在浮动的岩板背后的灯带,也赋予了材质的层次。

Luxury is not superficial, but something more essential to touch. The master bedroom background board also echoes the lines of the French window with flowing lines, and the light band hidden behind the floating rock board also gives the material level.

经典的伊姆斯躺椅和艺术落地灯,通过绒面地毯围合出一方温暖的角落。软装通过细节一一勾勒,临窗阅读,一盏灯,一杯咖啡,生活的情与境,便呼之欲出。

The classic Eames Lounge chair and artistic floor lamp enclose a warm corner through the suede carpet.Soft decoration is outlined one by one through details. Reading near the window, a lamp, a cup of coffee, and the feelings and environment of life are ready to come out.

在空间设计中,通过色彩和材质的交织表达了居者的生活态度,或是沉静内敛,或是宁静祥和,舒适的视觉尺度和生活维度体现在空间各处。

In the space design, the residents' life attitude is expressed through the interweaving of color and material, either calm and introverted, or quiet and peaceful. The comfortable visual scale and life dimension are reflected everywhere in the space.

△隐繁华美,芬馥清风

地下室绿植与顶面的灯光相映成趣,为归家提供了精神缓冲。那美间以简洁的线条、块面的叠落来演绎空间构成关系,着墨于光影与构景的诠释。空间处理运用不同的材质去达到细致的整合,强调细腻的变化对比,营造轻松和谐的氛围。

The green plants in the entrance of the basement and the light on the top surface complement each other, providing a spiritual buffer for returning home. That beauty interprets the relationship of space composition with simple lines and the superposition of blocks, and focuses on the interpretation of light, shadow and landscape.Space processing uses different materials to achieve detailed integration, emphasizing delicate changes and comparisons, and creating a relaxed and harmonious atmosphere.

地下室成为多元的综合体,影音室可以一个人独处,与亲人保持适当距离,打造属于自己的社交氛围。在变化与永恒之间寻找平衡与乐趣,从多维的生活场景中感知艺术气息与都市风尚。

The basement has become a diversified complex, and the audio-visual room can be alone, keep an appropriate distance from relatives, and create its own social atmosphere. Find balance and fun between change and eternity, and feel the artistic atmosphere and urban fashion from the multidimensional life scene.
